From 1996 to September 2013, she worked as a Senior Counsel in Mercedes-Benz Argentina S.A. having participated actively in Commercial Network restructuring, drafting all new standard agreements. She has mainly advised on corporations, more specifically on matters related to the automobile industry including all aspects of Civil and Commercial law, contract law and distribution law. Previously, she worked at Deutsche Bank Argentina S.A., providing comprehensive advice on all bank regulatory related issues, financing and loans, financial transactions, analyzing all kind of guaranties.- Currently her primary area of expertise is product liability and she advises local and multinational companies on consumer rights and fair trade law. More recently, she advises and represents clients before Customs Authorities in relation to customs and Foreign Trade issues, including customs regulations, controversies and regulatory compliance with customs rules.
