Lawyer (University of Buenos Aires, School of Law, 2005). He has primarily focused his practice on the area of corporate law, advising local and foreign companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters and investment structuring in Argentina as well as abroad. He has also actively participated in the advising of foreign clients in the acquisition of agribusiness companies with agribusiness activities.

During March, 2009, he performed a professional practice at Global Abogados Law Firm (Madrid, Spain). Prior to joining Cárdenas, he worked for five years at Curutchet & Odriozola Law Firm. There he actively participated in civil and commercial claims, alternative dispute resolution matters, international arbitration procedures, as well as advising on bankruptcy law and creditors’ rights, including credits’ recovery claims. He currently practices in the fields of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He earned his law degree from Buenos Aires University in December 2005. He is admitted to practice in the City of Buenos Aires.
